We only source the very best products our imported Australian lamb is processed according to strict hygiene standards to comply with local import requirements. Grass-fed lamb, grain-fed lamb or organic lamb we have it all. We are therefore able to supply our customers with Aus-Meat Standard and other cuts.
Our supplier of have put a quality assurance program in place to ensure they supply only the finest quality lamb from the best producers. We maintain the reliability and integrity of our supply chain in order to meet the high expectations of our customers.
Customers have the option of ordering shipments consisting of whole carcasses in various weights ranges, to fully processed primal cuts. Our six-cut carcasses are popular as they allow an extra 40 per cent storage space in sea freight containers, which reduces shipment and cold storage costs.
For all markets from vacuum-packed and chilled premium lamb for supermarkets and specific cuts for cruise ships, to individually frozen product for manufacturers and wholesalers.
We offer Halal certified meat that has been slaughtered by registered Muslim slaughter men in accordance with Islamic rites.
